Message Frequency:

You can expect to receive approximately 2-4 text messages from our campaign between October 2025 and November 2025. Message frequency may vary based on campaign activities.

Consent and Opt-Out:

By requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, or otherwise consenting to receive text messages from Engerman 4 Mayor, you accept our Terms & Conditions. You authorize us to use auto dialer or non-auto dialer technology to send text messages to the cell phone number associated with your opt-in. You do not have to opt in or agree to opt in as a condition of any donation or support.

You may opt out at any time by:

• Texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message
• Emailing tracy@engerman4mayor.com with your phone number and opt-out request

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent to your number.

Message and Data Rates:

Message and data rates may apply. Standard charges from your mobile carrier will apply to text messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Mobile Carriers:

You must have a wireless device capable of two-way messaging, be using a participating wireless carrier, and be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service. Not all cellular phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Our service works with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other compatible carriers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Communicate with supporters and voters
• Organize campaign events and volunteer activities

Third-Party Service Providers and Data Sharing

Important: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
